dc.description.abstract	Práce se věnuje problematice právní regulace držení střelných zbraní v kontextu prevence útoků aktivních střelců v České republice. Analyzuje současný legislativní rámec a připravované změny, které vstoupí v platnost od roku 2026. Na základě posouzení vybraných případů útoků aktivních střelců ze Spojených států Amerických hodnotí význam jednotlivých regulačních opatření.
