Diplomová práca sa venuje riadeniu ľudských zdrojov v spoločnosti Proplast, lídrovi v dodávaní komponentov pre automobilový priemysel. Zameriava sa na kľúčové HR procesy ako plánovanie, nábor, školenie, adaptácia, fluktuácia a odmeňovanie zamestnancov. Pomocou dotazníka, SWOT a Ishikawa analýzy boli identifikované nedostatky najmä v oblastiach fluktuácie a vzdelávania. Navrhnuté riešenia zahŕňajú sociálny balíček - príspevok na dopravu a stravu - a využitie virtuálnej reality pri školeniach. Návrhy sú spracované aj z pohľadu nákladov a návratnosti investície. |

The thesis deals with human resources management in Proplast, a leader in the supply of components for the automotive industry. It focuses on key HR processes such as planning, recruitment, training, adaptation, turnover and rewarding employees. Using questionnaire, SWOT and Ishikawa analysis, gaps were identified especially in the areas of turnover and training. Proposed solutions include a social package - transport and meal allowance - and the use of virtual reality in training. The proposals are also elaborated in terms of cost and return on investment. |
