dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce popisuje zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v rámci interní logistiky. Cílem práce je analýza současného stavu systému zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci a návrh opatření pro jeho zlepšení. Teoretická část se věnuje obecným principům bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci a jejich významu pro plynulý a bezpečný provoz. Praktická část je vypracovaný check list s 50 otázkami, jehož výsledky byly zpracovány formou grafického přehledu. Analýza ukázala, že úroveň bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve společnosti je vysoká, avšak identifikovala i konkrétní slabá místa, jako je nedostatečná docházka na školení řidičů malých motorových vozidel. V návaznosti na to byl navržen systém kontroly absolvovaného školení. Součástí návrhové části je také plán zvládání rizik a registr rizik pro konkrétní pracoviště. Práce potvrzuje, že důsledná péče o bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci je klíčová nejen pro ochranu zdraví zaměstnanců, ale i pro efektivitu interní logistiky a celkového provozu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis describes the provision of occupational health and safety within internal logistics. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current state of the occupational health and safety system and to propose measures for its improvement. The theoretical part deals with the general principles of occupational health and safety and their importance for smooth and safe operations. The practical part is a checklist with 50 questions, the results of which have been prepared in the form of a graphical overview. The analysis showed that the level of occupational health and safety in the company is high, but also identified specific weak points such as the lack of attendance at small vehicle driver training. Following this, a system was designed to monitor the training received. The design section also includes a risk management plan and a site-specific risk register. The work confirms that consistent attention to occupational health and safety is crucial not only for the protection of the health of employees, but also for the efficiency of internal logistics and overall operations.
