dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zpracování projektu výstavby nového skladu ve společnosti RUDOLF JELÍNEK a.s. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a analyticko-empirickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy týkající se skladového hospodářství a metodiky projektového řízení, které tvoří východisko pro návrh nového řešení. Analyticko-empirická část práce se zaměřuje na podrobnou analýzu výrobního procesu, aktuální stav skladových prostor a jejich nedostatků. Na základě této analýzy jsou definovány požadavky na nový sklad a porovnány dvě varianty řešení - konvenční a vysoce automatizované. V projektové části jsou pomocí nástrojů projektového řízení (např. Ganttův diagram, síťová analýza, RIPRAN, ROI) zpracovány jednotlivé atributy návrhu výstavby nového skladu. Hlavním přínosem této práce je zpracování komplexního návrhu výstavby moderního skladového objektu, který zohledňuje budoucí rozvoj společnosti a přináší zvýšení efektivity logistických operací.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the preparation of a project for the construction of a new warehouse at RUDOLF JELÍNEK a.s. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an analytical-empirical part. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts related to warehousing and storage, as well as key methods and tools of project management, which serve as a foundation for the proposed solution. The analytical-empirical part focuses on an in-depth analysis of the current production process and existing storage facilities, identifying their deficiencies. Based on this analysis, requirements for the new warehouse are defined and two variants are compared - a conventional and a highly automated storage system. The project part includes a detailed plan for the implementation of the selected variant using project management tools such as a Gantt chart, network (CPM) analysis, RIPRAN method and ROI calculation. The main contribution of this thesis is the development of a comprehensive proposal for a modern warehouse that supports the company's long-term growth and improves the efficiency of its logistics operations.
