dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na politiku podpory rozvoje sportu na úrovni municipalit ČR. Politika podpory sportu hraje klíčovou roli v rozvoji regionu a obyvatel v mnoha aspektech. Sport je široce uznávaný jako klíč ke zdraví a je zodpovědný za rozvoj jedince v mnoha ohledech. Oblast sportu přitahuje rostoucí pozornost kvůli svým pozitivním vlivům. Tato práce si klade za cíl porovnat politiky podpory sportu na úrovni municipalit a na základě zjištěných informací je vyhodnotit a odpovědět na stanovené výzkumné otázky. Literární rešerše definuje tři oblasti, a to základní pojmy z oblasti sportu, financování sportu a metody použité v práci. První krok praktické části stanovil na základě zvolených kritérií výzkumný vzorek pomocí klastrové analýzy. Následný výzkum se zaměřil na vybrané municipality, u kterých se zkoumalo Financování sportu v období let 2017-2024 a jejich sportovní zázemí. Výsledky analýzy byly pomocí vícekriteriálních metod následně zhodnoceny. Na závěr práce jsou vytyčena omezení výzkumu a doporučení postupu při tvorbě politiky sportu na úrovni municipalit.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis focuses on the policy of supporting the development of sports at the municipal level in Czech republic. The policy of supporting sports plays a key role in the development of regions and residents in many aspects. Sports are widely recognized as a key to health and are responsible for the development of individuals in various ways. The field of sports is attracting increasing attention due to its positive impacts. This thesis aims to compare the policies of sports support at the municipal level and to evaluate them based on the information gathered, while also addressing the established research questions. The literature review defines three areas: fundamental concepts in the field of sports, sports financing, and the methods used in this work. The first step of the practical part established a research sample using clustering analysis based on selected criteria. The subsequent research focused on selected municipalities, examining sports financing in the period from 2017 to 2024 and their sports facilities. The results of the analysis were then assessed using multi-criteria methods. Finally, the thesis outlines the limitations of the research and recommendations for the development of sports policies at the municipal level.
