Diplomová práca sa venovala syntéze, charakterizácii a biokompatibilite vodivých polymérov polyanilínu a polypyrrolu pre biomedicínske aplikácie. V rámci teoretickej práce boli popísané vodivé polyméry, ich syntéza, charakterizácia a aplikácie. Následne, v rámci časti praktickej, boli polyméry pripravené chemickou oxidáciou s aniónovými farbivami (Metyloranž, Acid Blue 25, Acid Blue 129) vo forme práškov a filmov. Následne prebehla materiálová charakterizácia za využitia metód UV-Vis a SEM. Pre stanovenie vhodnosti pre biomedicínske aplikácie bola stanovená cytotoxicita za využitia MTT testu. A skúmaná bola i schopnosť bunkovej proliferácie na pripravených filmoch. |

The diploma thesis was focused on the synthesis, characterization, and biocompatibility of conductive polymers, namely polyaniline and polypyrrole, for biomedical applications. The theoretical part described conductive polymers, their synthesis, characterization, and applications. Subsequently, in the practical part, the polymers were prepared by chemical oxidation with anionic dyes (Methyl Orange, Acid Blue 25, Acid Blue 129) in the form of powders and films. Subsequently, material characterization was carried out using UV-Vis and SEM methods. Cytotoxicity was determined using the MTT test to assess samples suitability for biomedical applications. The ability of cell proliferation on the prepared films was also investigated. |
