dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vzdělávání seniorů a jejich motivaci na univerzitě třetího věku. Cílem práce bylo zjistit motivaci seniorů, jejich dostupnost a také oblíbenost vzdělávacích aktivit. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku seniorského věku a také na pojmy senior, stárnutí, stáří, motivaci a formy vzdělávání seniorů, a zmínka je i o vzniku a dalším vývoji Univerzity třetího věku. Praktická část je věnována výzkumu, kde jsou kvantitativní metodou zjišťovány potřeby seniorů ke studiu na Univerzitě třetího věku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis focuses on the education of seniors and their motivation at the University of the Third Age. The aim of the thesis was to determine the motivation of seniors, their availability and also the popularity of educational activities. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the characteristics of senior age and also on the concepts of senior, aging, old age, motivation and forms of education of seniors, and there is also mention of the establishment and further development of the University of the Third Age. The practical part is devoted to research, where the needs of seniors for studying at the University of the Third Age are determined using a quantitative method.
