dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou reintegrace osob propuštěných z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody na pracovní trh. Cílem práce je analyzovat faktory, které ovlivňují úspěšné pracovní uplatnění bývalých vězňů, a zhodnotit efektivitu stávajících podpůrných mechanismů v českém prostředí. Teoretická část se věnuje charakteristice výkonu trestu, významu pracovních a vzdělávacích aktivit ve věznicích a postpenitenciární péči. Praktická část práce je postavena na kvalitativním výzkumu, který mapuje zkušenosti bývalých vězňů s hledáním zaměstnání a identifikuje klíčové překážky jejich reintegrace. Výsledky poukazují na nutnost komplexního a individuálního přístupu, důraz na spolupráci institucí a potřebu podpory při snižování společenské stigmatizace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis focuses on the reintegration of individuals released from prison into the labor market. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the factors that influence the successful employment of former prisoners and to evaluate the effectiveness of existing support mechanisms within the Czech context. The theoretical part deals with the specifics of serving a prison sentence, the importance of work and educational programs in prisons, and post-penitentiary care. The practical part is based on qualitative research exploring the experiences of former inmates in seeking employment and identifying key barriers to their reintegration. The findings highlight the need for a comprehensive and individualized approach, institutional cooperation, and support in reducing social stigma.
