dc.description.abstract	V teoretické části se tato práce zabývá souhrnem a popisem práce asistenta pedagoga, jeho hlavními úkoly a cíli, které potřebuje pro výkon svého povolání na každé základní škole. Dále se zabývá otázkou komunikace mezi všemi hlavními dospělými aktéry na základní škole, tedy mezi rodiči, pedagogy a asistenty pedagoga. Tato práce si v praktické části pokládá cíle zodpovědět otázky týkajících se zjištění způsobu práce asistenta pedagoga ve školním prostředí. Včetně způsobu spolupráce asistenta pedagoga s učitelem, hodnocení rodiče asistenta pedagoga, nebo jakým způsobem je asistent pedagoga podporován ze strany vedení školy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	In the theoretical part, this thesis deals with a summary and description of the work of a teaching assistant, his main tasks and goals that he needs to perform his profession in every primary school. It also deals with the issue of communication between all the main adult role players in the primary school, i.e. parents, teachers and teaching assistants. In the practical part, this thesis aims to answer the questions regarding the findings of how a teaching assistant works in a school setting. Including how the teaching assistant works with the teacher, the parent's evaluation of the teaching assistant, or how the teaching assistant is supported by the school management.
