dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fenoménem syndromu pomocníka, který může postihnout jak profesionály v pomáhajících profesích, tak i studenty připravující se na tuto kariéru. Práce se zaměřuje na vysoké nároky na empatii, odolnost a zvládání stresu, jež mohou přispět k rozvoji symptomů syndromu již během studia. Hlavním cílem je stanovit míru ohrožení tímto syndromem u studentů UTB prostřednictvím kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření. Současně jsou zkoumány vedlejší aspekty, jako je tendence upřednostňovat potřeby druhých, potřeba uznání za pomoc a psychický dopad kontinuální péče. Celkovým záměrem práce je přispět k lepšímu porozumění rizikům spojeným se syndromem pomocníka a podpořit osvětu v této problematice.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis examines the phenomenon of helper syndrome, which can affect both professionals in the helping professions and students preparing for a career in this field. The thesis focuses on the high demands for empathy, resilience, and stress management that may contribute to the development of syndrome symptoms even during one's studies. The main objective is to determine the degree of risk associated with this syndrome among UTB students through a quantitative survey. Additionally, the study investigates ancillary aspects such as the tendency to prioritize the needs of others, the need for recognition for helping, and the psychological impact of continuous care. Overall, the aim of the thesis is to contribute to a better understanding of the risks associated with helper syndrome and to promote awareness of this issue.
