dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hospodaření příspěvkové organizace Kulturní a vzdělávací středisko Valašské Klobouky, které pro občany a širokou veřejnost zajišťuje kulturně-společenskou, knihovnickou a muzejní činnost prostřednictvím šesti středisek, které spadají pod příspěvkovou organizaci. Hlavním cílem práce je návrh doporučení na zlepšení hospodaření příspěvkové organizace spolu s dílčím cílem, kterým je analýza hospodaření vybrané organizace. K zjištění cílů byly použity vědecké metody, a to finanční analýza pomocí absolutních ukazatelů a poměrových ukazatelů a dále SWOT analýza pro určení vnitřní a vnější situace střediska. Z analýzy je patrné, že kulturní středisko hospodaří s finančními prostředky hospodárně. Jedinou problémovou částí byla zjištěna konkrétní kulturní akce. Výsledek bakalářské práce přináší doporučení v oblasti ztrátové kulturní akce a celkového zlepšení hospodaření střediska.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the management of the contributory organization Cultural and Educational Centre of Valašské Klobouky, which provides cultural and social, library and museum activities for citizens and the general public through six centres that fall under the contributory organization. The main objective of the thesis is to propose recommendations for improving the management of the contributory organisation together with the sub-objective of analysing the management of the selected organisation. Scientific methods were used to determine the objectives, namely financial analysis using absolute indicators and ratio indicators and SWOT analysis to determine the internal and external situation of the centre. The analysis shows that the cultural centre manages its financial resources economically. The only problematic part was found to be specific cultural events. The result of the bachelor's thesis provides recommendations in the area of loss making cultural event and overall improvement in the management of the centre.
