dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na motivaci příslušníků Policie České republiky k dalšímu vzdělávání. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat hlavní motivační faktory, identifikovat bariéry bránící dalšímu vzdělávání a zjistit, zda následné vzdělávání přispívá ke zlepšení profesních dovedností a výkonu služby policistů. Teoretická část práce se věnuje problematice motivace, vzdělávání dospělých a specifikům vzdělávání v bezpečnostních složkách. Praktická část je založena na dotazníkovém šetření mezi příslušníky Policie ČR. Výsledky ukázaly, že většina respondentů vnímá následné vzdělávání pozitivně a považuje jej za důležitý nástroj profesního růstu. Zároveň byly identifikovány hlavní bariéry, mezi které patří především časová náročnost a organizační omezení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on the motivation of members of the Police of the Czech Republic for further education. The aim of the thesis was to analyze the main motivational factors, identify barriers hindering further education, and determine whether further education contributes to the improvement of police officers' professional skills and job performance. The theoretical part addresses the issues of motivation, adult education, and the specifics of education within security forces. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey conducted among members of the Police of the Czech Republic. The results showed that most respondents perceive further education positively and consider it an important tool for professional growth. At the same time, the main barriers were identified, primarily time demands and organizational constraints.
