dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na tvorbu podnikatelského plánu pro založení stomatologického centra. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje legislativním a ekonomickým aspektům podnikání ve stomatologii, včetně financování a provozních požadavků na zdravotnické zařízení. Zároveň charakterizuje vybrané analytické metody, jako jsou PESTLE analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, STP analýza a SWOT analýza, které jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části. Praktická část se soustředí na analýzu podnikatelského prostředí a na základě získaných poznatků navrhuje podnikatelský plán. Ten je následně podroben rizikové analýze. Přínosem práce je podrobné zhodnocení podnikatelského prostředí a vytvoření podnikatelského plánu, který reflektuje specifika podnikání ve zdravotnictví.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis focuses on developing a business plan for establishing a dental centre. The work consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part addresses the legal and economic aspects of the dental business, including the financing and operational requirements of a medical facility. It also characterises selected analytical methods such as PESTLE analysis, Porter's five forces model, STP analysis and SWOT analysis. These methods are then applied in the practical part. The practical part focuses on analysing the business environment and proposing a business plan based on the findings. The business plan is then subjected to a risk analysis. The contribution of the thesis is a detailed assessment of the business environment and the creation of a business plan which reflects the specifics of the healthcare business.
