dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem řízení procesu inovací ve firmě Pila MSK a.s. Teoretická část se věnuje vysvětlení pojmu inovace, jejich členění a souvislostem s projektovým řízením. Praktická část analyzuje realizované inovační projekty v letech 2019-2025, identifikuje hlavní nedostatky v oblasti plánování, dokumentace a evaluace a navrhuje jednoduchý nástroj pro evidenci a vyhodnocování projektů. Výsledkem je efektivní, nenákladné řešení přizpůsobené možnostem firmy, které podporuje transparentnost, přenos znalostí a kulturu zpětné vazby.
