dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je výzkumného charakteru a zabývá se problematikou vztahů mezi rodiči a učiteli v prostředí mateřských škol, přičemž se zaměřuje zejména na vznik a řešení problémových situací. Cílem práce je identifikovat hlavní příčiny konfliktů mezi těmito dvěma skupinami a analyzovat strategie, které učitelé využívají k jejich zvládání. Teoretická část se věnuje významu spolupráce mezi školou a rodinou, rolím rodičů, komunikaci a charakteristice tzv. problémových rodičů. Praktická část je postavena na kvalitativním výzkumu realizovaném prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se sedmi učitelkami mateřských škol. Data byla analyzována pomocí otevřeného kódování. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že za problémové rodiče jsou považováni zejména ti, kteří buď výrazně zasahují do chodu školky, nebo naopak s učiteli téměř nekomunikují. Hlavními příčinami problémových vztahů se ukázaly být odlišná výchovná očekávání, komunikační bariéry a nízká míra důvěry. Mezi používané strategie řešení patří individuální konzultace, důsledná komunikace a spolupráce s vedením školy. Na základě výsledků jsou v závěru práce formulována doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi s cílem posílit prevenci problémových situací a podpořit efektivní komunikaci mezi učiteli a rodiči.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is research in nature and deals with the issue of relationships between parents and teachers in the environment of kindergartens, focusing mainly on the emergence and resolution of problem situations. The aim of the thesis is to identify the main causes of conflicts between these two groups and to analyse the strategies used by teachers to manage them. The theoretical part focuses on the importance of cooperation between school and family, parents' roles, communication and the characteristics of so-called problem parents. The practical part is based on qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with seven kindergarten teachers. The data were analysed using open coding. The research showed that the problem parents are mainly those who either interfere significantly in the running of the kindergarten or, on the contrary, hardly communicate with the teachers. Different educational expectations, communication barriers and low levels of trust were found to be the main causes of problematic relationships. Solution strategies used include individual consultation, consistent communication and cooperation with school management. Based on the results, the thesis concludes with recommendations for educational practice to strengthen the prevention of problem situations and to promote effective communication between teachers and parents.
