dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh projektu zlepšení systému řízení rizik ve vybrané malé obchodní firmě, která se specializuje na distribuci tuhých biopaliv. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny klíčové pojmy řízení rizik, představen rámec ISO 31000:2018 a metody identifikace a analýzy rizik. Praktická část je věnována detailní analýze firmy, identifikaci strategických a operativních rizik a návrhům na jejich zmírnění. Klíčovým výstupem je návrh komplexního systému řízení rizik včetně rejstříku rizik, určení odpovědností, zavedení klíčových rizikových indikátorů (KRI) a systému pravidelné revize. Návrh je podpořen časovou a nákladovou analýzou, která potvrzuje jeho realizovatelnost. Práce přináší prakticky využitelný model řízení rizik šitý na míru potřebám menší firmy.
