dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá předoperační edukací pacientů před ortopedickými operacemi. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na objasnění pojmu edukace, její význam v předoperační přípravě pacientů, druhy operačních výkonů a jejich rozdělení na plánované a akutní výkony. Dále objasňuje předoperační péči, pooperační komplikace, následnou rehabilitaci a doporučené postupy ve smyslu ERAS principů. tj. urychlená rekonvalescence po operaci. Praktická část práce je vypracována formou přehledové studie, kde jsou vyhledány a analyzovány práce zabývající se předoperační edukací pacientů před ortopedickými operacemi. Cílem práce je vyhledat, zpracovat a vyhodnotit informace týkající se edukace pacientů v této oblasti.

The theoretical part of this thesis explains the definition of education and its importance in the preoperative preparation of patients. It also describes different types of surgical procedures, distinguishing between elective and acute surgeries, as well as preoperative care and potential postoperative complications. Furthermore, it adresses postoperative rehabilitation and recommended procedures in accordance with ERAS principles, aiming to Enhance recovery after surgery. The practical part of the thesis is designed as a review study, in which available studies on preoperative education are identified and analyzed. The aim of this thesis is to gather, process and evaluate information related to patient education in this field.
