dc.description.abstract	Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá technickou a produkčnou analýzou Literárneho stanu Martinus, ktorý je súčasťou multižánrového festivalu Pohoda v Trenčíne. Práca mapuje štruktúru a organizáciu tohto priestoru, jeho dramaturgické zameranie, technické zabezpečenie, finančný aspekt a produkčný manažment. Významná časť práce je venovaná analýze krízovej situácie, ktorá vznikla počas extrémneho počasia v roku 2024 a hodnoteniu reakcie organizátorov na túto udalosť. Cieľom práce je identifikovať silné a slabé stránky produkcie, navrhnúť optimalizačné opatrenia a prispieť k zvýšeniu bezpečnosti a profesionality pri organizovaní kultúrnych podujatí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the technical and production analysis of the Martinus Literary Tent, which is part of the multi-genre festival Pohoda in Trenčín. The thesis maps the structure and organization of this space, its dramaturgical focus, technical support, financial aspect and production management. A significant part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of the crisis that arose during the extreme weather in 2024 and the evaluation of the organisers' response to this event. The aim of the thesis is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the production, to propose optimization measures and to contribute to the improvement of safety and professionalism in the organization of cultural events.
