dc.description.abstract	Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá žánrom true crime, ktorý sa stal fenoménom súčasnej mediálnej kultúry. Jej cieľom je definovať a charakterizovať popularitu tohto žánru, predstaviť vývoj jeho prezentácie až po súčasnú formu, jeho etické aspekty a skúmať odlišné prístupy k zobrazovaniu skutočných kriminálnych prípadov prostredníctvom komparatívnej analýzy epizód dvoch dokumentárnych seriálov - "Legendy kriminalistiky" a "Najväčšie kriminálne prípady Slovenska". Výskum sa zameriava na identifikáciu a komparáciu naratívnych a audiovizuálnych stratégií a ich vplyv na divácke vnímanie, pričom skúma, ktoré spracovanie sa u divákov teší väčšej obľube a ktoré je pre nich prijateľnejšie. Práca môže tak prispieť k porozumeniu vplyvu komunikačných prístupov na vnímanie kriminálnej tematiky v kontexte žánru true crime.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the true crime genre, which has become a phenomenon of contemporary media culture. Its aim is to define and characterize the popularity of this genre, to present the evolution of its presentation up to its current form, its ethical aspects and to explore different approaches to the portrayal of true crime cases through a comparative analysis of episodes of two documentary series - "Legends of Criminalistics" and "The Greatest Criminal Cases of Slovakia". The research focuses on the identification and comparison of narrative and audiovisual strategies and their impact on viewers' perception, examining which treatment is more popular and acceptable to the viewers. The thesis can thus contribute to the understanding of the impact of communication approaches on the perception of crime themes in the context of the true crime genre.
