dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je orientována na bezpečnostní rizika v železniční dopravě z hlediska cestujících. Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování návrhu na minimalizaci bezpečnostních rizik z hlediska cestujících. Teoretická část v úvodu popisuje stěžejní literární zdroje, železniční infrastrukturu se zaměřením na její historii a modernizaci a bezpečnost v železniční stanici a ve vlaku. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na aktuální stav bezpečnosti železniční dopravy s doplněním o konkrétní případy nehod v České republice a zahraničí. Bezpečnostní rizika z hlediska cestujících jsou posuzována pomocí metody SWOT, Bodovací metody a What-if. Výstupem práce je návrh opatření na zmírnění rizik.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is oriented on safety risks in railway transport from the passengers' point of view. The aim of the thesis is to develop a proposal to minimize safety risks from the passengers' point of view. The theoretical part in the introduction describes the main literature sources, railway infrastructure with a focus on its history and modernization and safety in the railway station and on the train. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the current state of railway transport safety with the addition of specific cases of accidents in the Czech Republic and abroad. Safety risks from the passengers' point of view are assessed using the SWOT, Scoring method and What-if method. The output of the thesis is a proposal of measures to mitigate the risks.
