dc.description.abstract	Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza informačního systému ve společnosti PILANA Karbid s.r.o. Hlavním cílem práce je zjištění nedostatků stávajícího informačního systému a navržení nových možností pro potřeby společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, praktickou a teoretickou. Obě části na sebe vzájemně navazují a využívají metod průmyslového inženýrství. Teoretická část se zabývá informačními systémy a jejich nástroji. Praktická část je analýzou stávajícího informačního systému společnosti, identifikuje jeho nedostatky a navrhuje možnosti řešení.

The main objective of this thesis is to identify the shortcomings of their existing information system and propose updates to meet for the company's current needs. The thesis is divided into two parts: practical and theoretical. Both parts are interconnected and use industrial engineering methods as a foundation. The theoretical part addresses the information systems and its tools. The practical part is an analysis of the company's existing information system, identifying its weaknesses and suggesting possible improvements.
