dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zaměřuje na analýzu slabých a zranitelných procesů v rámci oddělení kvality. V teoretické části popisuje základní pojmy a metody analýzy použité v této práci. Praktická část představuje útvar jakosti v kontextu jak vnitřního, tak vnějšího prostředí podniku, jakož i v rámci skupiny podniků. Aplikuje analytické metody na prostředí a podmínky tohoto podniku na oddělení kvality a hledá případné slabé a zranitelné stránky procesů. Ty jsou v závěru práce vyhodnoceny a doplněny o návrhy a opatření k jejich minimalizaci či odstranění.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work focuses on the analysis of weak and vulnerable processes within the quality department. In thetheoretical part, it describe the basic terms and analysis methods used in this study.The practical part presents the quality department in the context of both the internal and external environment of the company, as well as within the frame work of the group of companies. It applies analytical methods to the environment and conditions of this company to the quality department and seeks possible weak and vulnerable aspects of the processes.These are evaluated at the end of the work and supplemented with proposals and measures to minimize or eliminate them.
