dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací a mitigací rizik spojených s procesem separace PET vloček (flakes) ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část práce obsahuje literární rešerši z oblasti recyklace plastů s důrazem na PET flakes, dále řízení rizik a výroby. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na podrobný popis procesů v podniku a jejich znázornění v podobě vývojového diagramu a procesní mapy. Po zhodnocení současného stavu podniku následuje identifikace a analýza rizik pomocí vybraných metod. Na základě výstupů z FMEA analýzy byla navrhnuta opatření ke snížení rizik. Závěr práce patří zhodnocení navržených opatření a jejich implementaci do praxe, včetně jejich přínosu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the identification and mitigation of risks associated with the process of separating PET flakes in a selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis includes a literature review in the field of plastic recycling with an emphasis on PET flakes, as well as risk management and production. The practical part of the thesis focuses on a detailed description of the processes within the company and their representation in the form of a process flow diagram and process map. After evaluating the current state of the company, the identification and analysis of risks using selected methods follows. Based on the outputs of the FMEA analysis, measures to reduce risks were proposed. The conclusion of the thesis includes an evaluation of the proposed measures and their implementation in practice, including their benefits.
