dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku šíření dezinformací v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s dezinformacemi, legislativní rámec a bezpečnostní strategické dokumenty, které s problematikou dezinformací souvisí. Praktická část představuje dezinformační platformy a platformy, které proti dezinformacím bojují. Také představuje metody, které pomáhají předcházet šíření dezinformací a nástroje, které pomáhají identifikovat dezinformace a snížit tak negativní dopad na společnost. Konkrétní postupy při práci s dezinformacemi jsou znázorněny pomocí diagramů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis focuses on a matter of disinformation spread in the area of population protection. It is divided into two segments: theoretical framework and practical application. The theoretical segment of the thesis consists of an identification and definition of basic terminology concerning disinformation and its spread, an exploration of the relevant legal framework, and a review of strategic security documents connected to the topic. The practical application segment presents and describes specific disinformation platforms as well as platforms that focus on countering disinformation spread. It also presents helpful prevention methods and tools that assist with the identification of disinformation and lower the negative impacts of disinformation on society. Diagrams represent specific techniques and procedures for working with disinformation.
