dc.description.abstract	Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou výrobného procesu vo firme XYZ, s dôrazom na pracovisko brúsenia a konkrétny diel PR003024-D10. Cieľom je detailne popísať proces výroby tohto dielu, odhaliť potenciálne nedostatky a navrhnúť efektívne riešenia s cieľom zrýchliť výrobu. Práca je rozdelená do dvoch častí: teoretickej, ktorá poskytuje literárnu rešeršu, a praktickej, kde je predstavená firma s ohľadom na anonymitu, a nasleduje popis súčasného stavu a analýza pracovísk. Na základe tejto analýzy sú navrhnuté konkrétne opatrenia na zlepšenie procesu a zvýšenie produktivity.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the production process in XYZ company, with emphasis on the grinding workplace and the specific part PR003024-D10. The aim is to describe in detail the manufacturing process of this part, to reveal potential shortcomings and to propose effective solutions in order to speed up production. The thesis is divided into two parts: a theoretical one, which provides a literature search, and a practical one, where the company is introduced with respect to anonymity, followed by a description of the current state of the art and an analysis of the workplaces. Based on this analysis, specific measures are proposed to improve the process and increase productivity.
