dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku rizik spojených s lidským faktorem v oddělení online nákupů. První část práce se věnuje teoretickým poznatků a konceptům souvisejícím s tématem, sloužícím jako základ pro praktickou část. Praktická část představuje společnost a provádí analýzy rizik pomocí metod analýzy rizik. Tyto analýzy identifikují nejkritičtější části procesu od objednávky po dodání zboží zákazníkovi. Závěrečná část se zabývá opatřením a doporučením.

These analyses identify the most critical parts of the process from ordering to delivery of goods to the customer. The final part deals with actions and recommendations.
