dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou záchrany osob z havarovaného vlaku a jejich následnou evakuací. V teoretické části je uvedeno právní ukotvení záchrany a evakuace osob, klasifikace železničních nehod, podmínky pro záchranu a evakuaci osob a řešení tvorby evakuačních cest. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu rizik evakuace cestujících. Pomocí semistrukturovaného rozhovoru, hodnocením maticí rizik a metodou PNH jsou identifikována a zhodnocena rizika evakuace. Výsledkem je návrh opatření minimalizace rizik při evakuaci osob z vlaku a metodický list pro evakuaci cestujících.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the problem of rescue of people from a crashed train and their subsequent evacuation. In the theoretical part, the legal anchorage of rescue and evacuation of persons, classification of railway accidents, conditions for rescue and evacuation of persons and solutions for creation of evacuation routes are presented. The practical part focuses on the risk analysis of passenger evacuation. Using semi-structured interview, risk matrix assessment and PNH method, evacuation risks are identified and evaluated. The result is a proposal for risk minimization measures for evacuation of passengers from the train and a method sheet for passenger evacuation.
