dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku bezpilotních prostředků a jejich zneužití. Teoretická část se zabývá odvětvím ochrany obyvatelstva, vymezuje bezpilotní prostředky a právní omezení provozu bezpilotních prostředků na území České republiky. V praktické části jsou popsány nejběžnější případy nelegálního provozu, společně s metodami detekce a eliminace v boji proti nezákonnému provozu bezpilotních prostředků. Závěrečná část práce analyzuje a vyhodnocuje rizika vycházející z nelegálního provozu. Výsledkem práce je návrh možných opatření a prevence pro bezpečnější provoz bezpilotních prostředků. Cíle práce je dosaženo pomocí metod rešerše, deskripce a analýzy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of unmanned aerial vehicles and their misuse. The theoretical part deals with the field of population protection, defines unmanned aerial vehicles, and outlines the legal restrictions on the operation of unmanned aerial vehicles in the Czech republic. In the practical part, the most common cases of illegal operation are described, along with detection and elimination methods in the fight against unlawful use of unmanned aerial vehicles. The final part of the thesis analyzes and evaluates the risks arising from ilegal operations. The result of the work is a proposal for possible measures and prevention for safer operation of unmanned aerial vehicles. The objectives of the work are achieved using the methods of research, description and analysis.
