V diplomové práci je představen neziskový sektor v České republice a systém řízení kontinuity činností. Praktická část navrhuje plán kontinuity činností na základě analýzy současného stavu organizace, analýzy dopadu a hodnocení rizik. Byly použity metody pozorování, rozhovory, PEST analýza a BIA. Plán obsahuje určení členů týmu, komunikační plán, plán alternativního pracoviště, včetně doporučení na školení, testování a revize plánu. |

In the thesis, the nonprofit sector in the Czech Republic and the business continuity management system are introduced. The practical part proposes a business continuity plan based on the analysis of the current state of the organization, impact analyses, and risk assessments. Methods such as observation, interviews, PEST analysis, and BIA were used. The plan includes the determination of team members, a communication plan, an alternative workplace plan, and recommendations for training, testing, and plan revisions. |
