dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem urgentní bronchoskopie, která je diagnostickým a terapeutickým invazivním zákrokem prováděným při akutních stavech vyžadujících okamžitou intervenci. Cílem bylo popsat a analyzovat ošetřovatelskou péči a asistenci všeobecné sestry při urgentní bronchoskopii. Umožňuje detailní vizualizaci dolních dýchacích cest a poskytuje možnost provedení různých terapeutických procedur. Je poskytována pacientům na standartních odděleních a jednotkách intenzivní péče i odděleních anesteziologickoresuscitačního typu. Vzhledem k charakteru výzkumného problému byl k jeho řešení zvolen kvalitativní výzkum, použita metoda kazuistiky, která dokumentuje ošetřovatelskou péči a asistenci všeobecné sestry při urgentní bronchoskopii. Při sběru informací pro kazuistiky bylo čerpáno přímého pozorování, z rozhovoru se zdravotnickými pracovníky a ze zdravotnické dokumentace. Z kazuistik vyplynulo, že poskytnutá ošetřovatelská péče před a v průběhu urgentní bronchoskopie, společně s precizní asistencí všeobecné sestry při uvedeném výkonu ovlivňují akutní stav v oblasti dolních cest dýchacích.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of emergency bronchoscopy, which is a diagnostic and therapeutic invasive procedure performed in acute conditions requiring immediate intervention. The aim was to describe and analyze the nursing care and assistance of the general nurse during emergency bronchoscopy. It enables detailed visualization of the lower Airways and provides the possibility of performing various therapeutic procedures. It is provided to patients in standard wards and intensive care units as well as anesthesiological resuscitation type wards. Due to the nature of the research problem, qualitative research was chosen to solve it, the case study method was used, which documents the nursing care and assistance of the general nurse during emergency bronchoscopy. When collecting information for the case studies, direct observation, interviews with healthcare workers and medical documentation were used. The case reports showed that the nursing care provided before and during the emergency bronchoscopy, together with the precise assistance of the general nurse during the said procedure, influence the acute condition in the area of the lower respiratory tract.
