Cieľom bakalárskej práce bolo vynájdenie a optimalizácia reakčného postupu syntézy N-(adamantan-1-ylmetyl)prop-2-yn-1-amínu, ktorý bol následne naviazaný k -cyklodextrínu cez triazolový kruh. Tento hostiteľský komplex by sa následne využil pri tvorbe zasieťovaných polymérnych sietí vo tvorbe gélov alebo ako nosič liečiv. Keďže určité produkty reakcii, konkrétne výsledný N-(adamantan-1-ylmetyl)prop-2-yn-1-amín, neboli viackrát popísané, boli jednotlivé produkty charakterizované rôznymi inštrumentálnymi metódami, ako je GC-MS a NMR. |

The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to find and optimize the reaction procedure for the synthesis of N-(adamantan-1-ylmethyl)prop-2-yn-1-amine, which was subsequently linked to -cyclodextrin via the triazole ring. This host complex would subsequently be used in the formation of cross-linked polymer networks in the formation of gels or as a drug carrier. Since certain reaction products, namely the resulting N-(adamantan-1-ylmethyl)prop-2-yn-1-amine, were not described more than once, the individual products were characterized by various instrumental methods such as GC-MS and NMR. |
