dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice zajištění systému bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (BOZP) ve vybrané organizaci, která se zaměřuje na výrobu betonových prefabrikovaných výrobků. Práce se rozděluje na teoretickou a praktickou část, která se následně dělí na analytickou a aplikační část. Teoretická část práce obsahuje definice základních pojmů, které se vztahují k problematice BOZP. Dále jsou uvedeny jednotlivá témata, která podrobněji rozebírají zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve zvolené společnosti. Praktická detailně popisuje společnost, pracovní pozice a identifikuje možná rizika. Na základě této identifikace jsou formulována a vybrána optimální opatření k ošetření rizik. Aplikační část práce podrobně popisuje, jak zvolená opatření lze aplikovat v dané společnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the issue of ensuring the safety and health protection system at work (OSH) in a selected organization that focuses on the production of concrete prefabricated products. The work is divided into a theoretical and practical part, which is then divided into an analytical and application part. The theoretical part of the work contains definitions of basic terms that relate to the issue of health and safety. Further, individual topics are presented, which discuss in more detail the provision of safety and health protection at work in the chosen company. Practical describes the company, job positions and identifies possible risks in detail. Based on this identification, optimal risk management measures are formulated and selected. The application part of the work describes in detail how the chosen measures can be applied in the given company.
