Bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péči o nemocného s apalickým syndromem. Práce má teoretickou a praktickou část, kterou doplňují přílohy. V teoretické části uvádím charakteristiku apalického syndromu, ošetřovatelské postupy v péči o nemocného s touto diagnózou, rehabilitaci, koncept bazální stimulace a komunikaci zdravotní sestry s nemocným a jeho rodinou. V praktické části zjišťuji pomocí dotazníkového šetření míru informovanosti zdravotních sester a jejich zkušenosti s péčí o nemocného s apalickým syndromem. Dále uvádím rozhovor se zdravotní sestrou, která pracuje v zařízení, kde se o tyto nemocné starají a popisuji stáž, kterou jsem v tomto zařízení absolvovala. Cílem práce je poskytnout zdravotním sestrám ucelené informace o problematice apalického syndromu. |

The bachelor work deals with nursing care of a patient with an apallic syndrome. This study has got a theoretical and a practical part which follows up with supplements. The theoretical part presents characterization of the apallic syndrome, nursing procedures about a patient with this diagnosis, rehabilitation, koncept of a basal stimulation, a communication of the nurse with the patient and with his family. The practical part has been surveying to foreknowledge and experience of nurses about a nursing care of a patient with an apallic syndrome by means of questionnaire. I also present dialogue with a nurse, which is working in institution looking after patiens with the apallic syndrome and I refer to a fellowship which experience I had here. The objective of this study is providing complete information to nurses about the apallic syndrome. |
