dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá analýzou a pohledem na inovační politiku Zlínského kraje. Cílem práce je analyzovat a na základě zjištěných výsledků a pozorování posoudit efektivitu inovační politiky kraje a navrhnout strategické změny či výhodná doporučení pro budoucí prosperitu inovací v regionu. Práce je založena na kombinaci teoretického pohledu na inovační problematiku a empirickém výzkumu, který se skládá z analýzy současné inovační situace v regionu, porovnání s vybranými kraji a samostatným zkoumáním zjištěných poznatků. Z výsledků je možné identifikovat aktuální stav inovační politiky Zlínského kraje, výsledky poukazují na úspěchy a příležitosti, ale také na případné rezervy v realizaci inovací. Na základě zjištění jsou navržena opatření pro zefektivnění inovací v regionu včetně podpory inovačních center a vzájemné spolupráce mezi inovačními aktéry.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and view of the innovation policy of the Zlín Region. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and assess the effectiveness of the innovation policy of the region based on the results and observations and to suggest strategic changes or beneficial recommendations for the future prosperity of innovation in the region. The thesis is based on a combination of theoretical perspective on innovation issues and empirical research, which consists of an analysis of the current innovation situation in the region, comparison with selected regions and independent examination of the findings. From the results it is possible to identify the current state of innovation policy in the Zlín Region, the results point to successes and opportunities, but also to possible reserves in the implementation of innovation. On the basis of the findings, measures are proposed to make innovation more effective in the region, including support for innovation centres and mutual cooperation between innovation actors.
