dc.description.abstract	Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je analýza podmienok založenia Laser arény v meste Považská Bystrica. Práca sa delí na teoretickú a praktickú časť. Teoretická časť je venovaná literárnej rešerši a spracovaniu teórie týkajúcej sa podnikania a analýz prostredia podniku. Obsahom praktickej časti je analýza interného a externého prostredia firmy spolu s analýzou konkurencie, kvantitatívny a kvalitatívny výskum. Na základe vykonaných analýz je navrhnuté odporučenie pre založenie podniku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the conditions for the establishment of a Laser Arena in Považská Bystrica. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to literature search and elaboration of the theory related to business and analysis of the environment of the enterprise. The content of the practical part is the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company together with the analysis of the competition, quantitative and qualitative research. Based on the analyses conducted, a recommendation for the establishment of the business is proposed.
