dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá rolemi učitelů základních škol při zdravotnických zařízeních. V teoretické části této práce budou vymezena teoretická východiska školy při zdravotnickém zařízení a práce učitele na této škole. Cílem práce je zjistit a popsat role učitelů základních škol při zdravotnických zařízeních. Po teoretickém rámci následuje praktická část diplomové práce, ve které je využit kvalitativně orientovaný výzkum metodou polostrukturovaného interview s deseti učiteli základních škol při zdravotnických zařízeních. V závěru práce se nachází doporučení pro praxi, která se týkají učitelů základních škol při zdravotnických zařízeních a jejich práce vycházející z tohoto výzkumného zjištění.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The submitted thesis focuses on the roles of elementary school teachers in healthcare facilities. In the theoretical part of this work will be defined the theoretical basis of school in healthcare facility and teacher´s work on this school. The aim of the thesis is to find out and describe the roles of elementary school teacher in healthcare facilities. Following the theoretical framework, the empirical part of the thesis qualitative reaserch strategy is used by the method of semistructured interview. Participants of the study are ten elementary school teachers in healthcare facilities. In conclusion of the thesis are provided recommendations for pedagogical practice relate to elementary school teachers in healthcare facilities and their work based on this research findings.
