dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku bezpečné manipulace s nátěrovými hmotami a ředidly. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny právní normy týkající se této problematiky a vysvětlena použitá terminologie. Dále se zaměřuje na samotné nátěrové hmoty, kde jsou vysvětleny požadavky na jejich balení, označování, klasifikaci a dokumenty s nimi spojenými jako je například bezpečnostní list. Praktická část je zaměřena na současné trendy v této oblasti a rizika s nátěrovými hmotami a ředidly v konkrétní společnosti za použití metod pro analýzu rizik s následným ošetřením těchto rizik. Výsledkem je návrh opatření pro bezpečnější manipulaci s nátěrovými hmotami a ředidly ve firmě.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis addresses the issue of safe handling of paints and thinners. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part the legal norms related to this issue are presented and the terminology used is explained. It then focuses on the coatings themselves, explaining the requirements for their packaging, labelling, classification and associated documents such as the safety data sheet. The practical part focuses on the current trends in this area and the risks with coatings and thinners in a particular company using risk analysis methods with subsequent treatment of these risks. As a result, measures for safer handling of coatings and thinners in the company.
