dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se věnuje hodnocení ergonomických rizik vybrané výrobní společnosti, se specifickým zaměřením na sekci obsluhy strojního zařízení. V teoretické sekci je představena rešerše odborné literatury věnovaná ergonomii, která položí základ pro hlubší pochopení této disciplíny. Na teoretickou část navazuje praktická část práce, která podrobně popisuje firmu a současný stav pracoviště obsluhy stroje, a identifikuje klíčové aspekty pro jejich možná zlepšení. Na základě analýzy současného stavu pracoviště jsou formulovány konkrétní návrhy a doporučení pro ergonomické úpravy a zlepšení, jež by měly vést k efektivnější a zdravotně bezpečnější práci.
