dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce vychází z cíle zjistit objem a strukturu bankovních poplatků, které souvisí s realizací operací na běžných účtech drobné klientely. Teoretická část zahrnuje popis běžného účtu, balíčků služeb, realizovatelných operací v rámci běžného účtu a charakteristiku elektronické formy bankovnictví. Praktická část je tvořena modelem fiktivní klientky, který je aplikován na vybrané běžné účty a balíčky služeb zvolených bank. Vybrané banky jsou krátce charakterizovány a jejich produkty jsou vybrány s ohledem na požadavky stanovené v zadání modelu fiktivní klientky. V závěru praktické části dochází ke srovnání dosažených výsledků a k návrhům doporučení fiktivní klientce.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor work is coming out from target to discover dimension and structure bank charges which cohere with realization of operation on current accounts of retail clientele. The theoretic part covers a description of a current account, a packet of services, an implemented operation in terms of the current account and a characteristic of electronic form of banking. The practical part is created as a model of a virtual client, whose is applied on exquisite current accounts and packet of services from the select banks. Select banks are, in brief, characterized and their products are chosen with regard to requirements which are estimated in the model of the virtual client. In the conclusion of the practical part occurs to a comparison attainable results and the proposals recommendation to the virtual client.	en
