dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámení se s alkoholickým nápojem whisky. Obsahem je charakterizovat tento nápoj z hlediska historického, technologického a legislativního. Důraz je kladen na významné obsahové látky a jejich vlastností z chemických aspektů. Je popsán způsob hodnocení whisky, zejména z hlediska organoleptických vlastností a vymezeno místo z hlediska gastronomického. Práce pojednává také o whisky z hlediska jejího společenského statutu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the bachelor work is to present an alkoholic drink whisky and characterized this beverage from the historical, technological and legislative viewpoint. The emphasis is laid on important contained substances and their properties in respect of chemical aspects. The way of assess whisky is described especially from the organoleptic properties viewpoint and the position is defined from the gastronomical viewpoint. The bachelor work is dealing with whisky also from its social statute viewpoint.	en
