dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou prevence kriminality mladistvých ve vybraném území. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na vymezení trestné činnosti mladistvých, na faktory, které ji ovlivňují, a následně se váže na dostupné možnosti prevence trestné činnosti mladistvých v České republice, ale i na trendy v prevenci v zahraničí. Praktická část je nejdříve rozdělena na analytickou, zkoumající aktuální stav delikvence mládeže ve vybraném území a současně i preventivní činnosti pro mladistvé, následně je proveden průzkum na základě vlastního hodnocení analýzy příčin a následků zvoleného druhu delikvence pomocí Ishikawa diagramu, následuje na to vícekriteriální rozhodování jednotlivých příčin a následků prostřednictvím Analytického hierarchického procesu, doplněné vlastním šetřením formou dotazníku na nejaktuálnější rostoucí trend v delikvenci. V poslední části jsou prezentovány návrhová opatření na aktuálně rostoucí trend delikvence a vytvořen návrh na účinný preventivní program pro minimalizaci rostoucího trendu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the issue of juvenile crime prevention in the selected area. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the definition of juvenile crime, on the factors that influence it, and then it relates to the available possibilities of juvenile crime prevention in the Czech Republic, but also to trends in prevention abroad. The practical part is first divided into an analytical part, examining the current state of juvenile delinquency in the selected area and at the same time the prevention activities for juveniles, followed by a survey based on the self-assessment of the analysis of the causes and consequences of the selected type of delinquency using the Ishikawa diagram, followed by a multi-criteria decision-making of individual causes and consequences through the Analytical Hierarchy Process, supplemented by a self-assessment in the form of a questionnaire on the most current growing trend in delinquency. In the last section, design measures for the current rising trend in delinquency are resented and a proposal for an effective prevention program to minimize the rising trend is developed.
