Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést analýzu hospodaření Tenisového klubu Zlín, z.s., a formulovat doporučení na jeho zlepšení. Práce se nejprve v teoretické části věnuje charakteristice neziskového sektoru v České republice, s důrazem na začlenění spolků do národního hospodářství, a podrobně rozebírá různé typy nestátních neziskových organizací, se zaměřením na ekonomiku spolků. Praktická část je zaměřena na detailní analýzu finančního hospodaření Tenisového klubu Zlín, včetně analýzy klíčových finančních ukazatelů, z nichž jsou odvozena doporučení pro efektivnější hospodaření klubu a jeho další rozvoj. |
