dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zpracována metodou přehledové práce a k získání informací jsme prostudovali odbornou literaturu a publikované práce týkající se analgezie pooperační bolesti z elektronických databázích: EBSCO, PubMed a Medvik, abychom získali komplexní a aktuální informace. Tato analýza se zaměřuje na zkušenosti pacientů s oběma metodami analgezie a poskytuje souhrn jejich hodnocení saturování bolesti. Z výsledků této analýzy vyplývá, že pacienti nejefektivněji hodnotí lokální infiltrační analgezii a femorální nervovou blokádu, případně kombinace obou metod. Cílem přehledové práce je poskytnout pohled na hodnocení saturování bolesti po totální endoprotéze dolních končetin s využitím periferní nervové blokády ve srovnáním s lokální infiltrační analgezií. Tato přehledová práce shromažďuje a analyzuje dostupné důkazy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis is prepared using the review method and we studied the literature and published papers related to postoperative pain analgesia from the electronic databases EBSCO, PubMed and Medvik to obtain comprehensive and up-to-date information. This analysis focuses on patients' experiences with both methods of analgesia and provides a summary of their assessment of pain saturation. Given, the results of this analysis suggest that patients most effectively rate local infiltration analgesia and femoral nerve blockade, or a combination of both methods. The aim of this review is to provide an insight into the evaluation of pain saturation after total lower limb arthroplasty using peripheral nerve blockade in comparison with local infiltration analgesia. This review paper collects and analyses the available evidence.
