dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití AED u složek IZS. Práce rozebírá problematiku od legislativy složek IZS, přes základní pojmy až samotné jednotlivé složky, kde se rozebírá jejich struktura úkoly a další. Dále se práce zabývá principem, fungováním a poskytování první pomoci s přístrojem AED u náhle srdeční zástavy. V praktické části je provedena analýza dojezdových časů jednotlivých složek IZS v obci s rozšířenou působností Břeclav. Na základě této analýzy jsou navržena nová umístění AED, která by mohla zlepšit dostupnost v případě nouze. Obecně je tedy cílem práce ukázat, jakým způsobem lze využít tento přístroj v rámci IZS a jakým způsobem lze optimalizovat jeho umístění pro co nejefektivnější zásah.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on the use of AEDs in the EMS. The thesis analyzes the legislation of the EMS units, through the basic concepts of the individual units themselves, where their structure, tasks, and more are analyzed. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the principle, functioning, and provision of first aid with AED in sudden cardiac arrest. In the parctial part, the analysis of the arrival times if ondividual EMS units in the mnunicipality of Breclav is carried out. On the basis of this analysis, new AED locations are proposed that could improve accessibility in case of emergency. In general, the aim of the work is to work is to show how this device can be used within the EMS and how its location can be optimized for the most effective intervention.
