dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Práce se zabývá významem benefitů, jejich účetním zachycením a také daňovými dopady, které mají benefity na zaměstnance i zaměstnavatele. Praktická část práce obsahuje dotazníkové šetření, na základě kterého jsou analyzovány a porovnávány zaměstnanecké benefity ve dvou stavebních firmách. Na závěr jsou uvedeny návrhy, které vedou ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců i firem.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of employee benefits. The thesis deals with the meaning of benefits, their accounting treatment and also the tax implications that benefits have on employees and employers. The practical part of the thesis includes a questionnaire survey, on the basis of which employee benefits in two construction companies are analysed and compared. Finally, suggestions are given that lead to increased employee and firm satisfaction.
