dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářská práce je analýza konkurenceschopnosti Vita Sana Club Zlín. Teoretická část bakalářské práce definuje pojmy konkurence a konkurenceschopnost. Dále jsou vysvětleny analýzy, jako je VRIO analýza, PEST analýza a SWOT analýza. Praktická část představuje Vita Sana Club Zlín a její vybrané konkurenty. Je provedena VRIO analýza, PEST analýza, benchmarking a SWOT analýza s IFE a EFE matící, na základě kterých bylo zjištěno postavení fitness centra Vita Sana Club Zlín mezi konkurenty. V závěrečné části bakalářské práce jsou navrhnuta doporučení ke zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti vybraného fitness centra.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the analysis of the competitiveness of Vita Sana Club Zlín. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis defines the concepts of competition and competitiveness. Analyses such as VRIO analysis, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis are further explained. The practical part presents Vita Sana Club Zlín and its selected competitors. VRIO analysis, PEST analysis, benchmarking and SWOT analysis with IFE and EFE confusion are performed, on the basis of which the position of the Vita Sana Club Zlín fitness center among competitors was determined. In the final part of the bachelor's thesis, recommendations are proposed to improve the competitiveness of the selected fitness center.
