dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce s názvem "Úprava kalkulace výrobku ve vybrané společnosti" je zaměřená na identifikaci problémových oblastí kalkulace vybraného výrobku za účelem jejich případné eliminace a nahrazení méně nákladnou variantou, v důsledku čehož doufáme ve snížení nákladů. Bakalářská práce obsahuje dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je provedena literární rešerše ze zdrojů zabývajících se tématikou manažerského účetnictví, nákladů a kalkulací. V praktické části je identifikován a rozebrán problém v kalkulaci výrobku ve vybrané společnosti. Zároveň jsou zmíněny informace o společnosti jako např. historie, výrobkové portfolio atd. Závěr obsahuje doporučení možnosti, jak snížit náklady na výrobek.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of the bachelor's thesis "Adjustment of the Product Calculation in a Selected Company" is to identify the problematic component of the calculation of the chosen product so that it can be removed and replaced with a less expensive alternative. We're hoping for lower costs as the end result. The bachelor thesis contains two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part is conducted a literar recherche from sources with the theme of managerial accounting, costs and calculations. In practical part, a problem with a particular company's product calculation is identified and analysed. Additionaly, details about the company such as its history, product portfolio etc. are mentioned. Recommendations on how to cut costs on the product are included in the final section.
