dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na podporu kojení u žen po císařském řezu. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie mléčné žlázy, fyziologie laktace a složení mateřského mléka, správná technika kojení, význam kojení pro matku a dítě a jednotlivé možnosti podpory rozvoje kojení. Poslední kapitola se zabývá faktory, které mají negativní vliv na nástup laktace. Praktická část popisuje realizované dotazníkové šetření, provedené u 63 respondentek po císařském řezu. Cílem této práce je zjištění úrovně podpory rozvoje kojení u žen po císařském řezu v Uherskohradišťské nemocnici.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis focuses on breastfeeding support in women after cesarean section. The theoretical part describes breast anatomy, lactation physiology and content of breast milk, proper breastfeeding techniques, the importance of breastfeeding for mother and baby and individual options for supporting the development of breastfeeding. The last chapter of the theoretical part discusses negative factors that influence lactation initiation. The practical part describes a conducted questionnaire survey carried out on 63 respondents who had undergone a cesarean section. The aim of this thesis is to determine level of breastfeeding support for women after cesarean section at hospital in Uherské Hradiště.
