Bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnaneckými benefity v analyzované společnosti z hlediska daňového dopadu na straně zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele a jejich kalkulací. V teoretické části jsou představeny pojmy motivace a typy motivace a odměňovaní zaměstnanců. Hlavní část teoretické práce jsou zaměstnanecké benefity a jejich daňová výhodnost. V praktické části bakalářské práci je představena společnost a jejich aktuálně nabízené benefity. V závěru práce je dotazníkové šetření a podle výsledku jsou představeny benefity, které by zaměstnanci uvítali a jejích daňové zatížení na straně zaměstnavatele. |

The bachelor's thesis deals with employee benefits in the analysed company from the point of view of the tax impact on the employee, the employer, and their calculation. The theoretical part introduces the concepts of motivation and types of motivation and remuneration of employees. The main part of the theoretical work is employee benefits and their tax advantages. The practical part of the bachelor thesis presents the company and its currently offered benefits. At the end of the thesis, there is a questionnaire survey and according to the result, the benefits that the employees would welcome and their tax burden on the employer's side. |
