dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení současné situace týkající se mzdového a personálního systému ve společnosti XYZ, a.s. Práce je strukturována do dvou částí, a to do teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je předložena literární rešerše na problematiku mzdového účetnictví, jeho organizaci a vedení ve firmě. Úvodem praktické části je nejprve představena pojednávaná společnost, je zpracována analýza současného stavu a poté jsou předloženy návrhy na zlepšení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the bachelor thesis is to propose improvement recommendations for the current situation regarding the payroll and personnel management in the company XYZ, a.s. The thesis is structured into two parts, which is theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part supposes literature research regarding the topic of payroll accounting, its organisation and management in the company. At the beginning of the practical part the discussed company is introduced, the analysis of the current situation is done and then improvement recommendations are proposed.
